Program Description

REVOL Real Estate operates a text messaging program that sends property alerts, appointment and showing confirmations, market updates, home valuation follow-up, and responses to inquiries you submit. Messages are sent by REVOL Real Estate agents and staff to individuals who have provided their mobile number and agreed to be contacted.

How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form at www.revolrealestate.com, by providing your mobile number to a REVOL agent and agreeing to be texted, or by texting REVOL first at 443.720.7800.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing, selling, or financing any property or of receiving any service from REVOL Real Estate. You may request service from us and decline texts.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity, your saved searches, and the stage of your transaction. Active buyers and sellers typically receive more messages than general inquiries. There is no fixed recurring schedule.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. REVOL does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt back in.

You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling 443.720.7800.

After opting out of marketing messages, we may still contact you about an active transaction, a scheduled appointment, or an existing contractual obligation.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by network conditions, device settings, or carrier filtering.

Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Availability on smaller or prepaid carriers may vary.

Privacy and Your Mobile Number

REVOL Real Estate does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent records are shared only with the messaging service providers we contract with to deliver messages on our behalf, and those providers may not use the data for any other purpose.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the Effective Date above will change. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
