Offering an extraordinary combination of privacy, natural beauty, and coastal… Read More elegance, this remarkable 1/3-acre homesite presents a setting unlike the traditional beach communities of Delaware's coastline. Imagine waking each morning to breathtaking sunrises over the Delaware Bay, spending your days enjoying the peaceful beauty of the coastline, and ending your evenings with spectacular sunsets overlooking the protected landscapes of Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. Here, the beauty of the bay meets the serenity of nature, creating an exceptional backdrop for a custom luxury residence. PRIVACY. EXCLUSIVITY. UNMATCHED COASTAL BEAUTY. Back Bay Cove is a distinctive gated community featuring custom-built waterfront residences, where expansive homesites, natural surroundings, and a quieter coastal lifestyle create a truly special environment. Away from the congestion of more densely developed resort communities, this intimate enclave offers a rare opportunity to experience the Delaware beaches with a level of tranquility and seclusion that is increasingly difficult to find. The property backs to a private beach owned by the homeowners association, providing a beautiful coastal setting just beyond your future home. Whether envisioning an elegant year-round residence, a sophisticated second home, or a legacy beach retreat to enjoy for generations, this exceptional parcel offers the space and flexibility to bring your vision to life. BUILD YOUR VISION WITHOUT COMPROMISE. With no builder tie-in, you have the freedom to select your preferred builder and design a custom residence that complements the surrounding landscape and captures the extraordinary coastal views. Lot/home package plans are also available for buyers seeking inspiration or a more streamlined building experience. Water hookup is available, and an approved septic site evaluation is on file, providing valuable groundwork toward planning your future home. SECLUDED, YET CONVENIENTLY CONNECTED. Enjoy the privacy of this extraordinary coastal sanctuary while remaining approximately 10 minutes from downtown Milton, 15-20 minutes from historic Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park, and 20-30 minutes from the restaurants, shopping, and attractions of Rehoboth Beach. Opportunities to secure a substantial waterfront homesite within an established, gated coastal community are exceptionally limited. This is more than a place to build a home. It's an opportunity to create a coastal legacy in a setting that cannot easily be replicated. Schedule your private tour of Back Bay Cove and experience the extraordinary beauty, privacy, and possibilities this waterfront property has to offer. Read Less
